Cavuto vs. Rep. Grayson from Florida. Grayson cannot answer reasonable questions about the recently offered “Pay for Performance” bill. The bill asserts a right of government to regulate salaries and bonuses of employees of companies receiving bailout money. The bill also leaves it open for Treasury to regulate salaries of ALL employees of such companies, not just those at the top who have received “outrageous” payouts.
