Conyers: Why read the bills? #TCOT

We’re not sure if this is a justification or a complaint or what. From our standpoint, reading the bill you’re voting on should be a baseline requirement for congressmen and senators.  And if you don’t have time, either TAKE more time or vote “NO.”  But what do we know?
