By defeating an amendment to Obama’s health care bill that woul have provided stricter rules and enforcement safeguards against providing free health care to illegal aliens, the Democrats have all but announced their intention to provide such benefits, in an effort to buy the Hispanic vote.  Reported in Newsmax.com:
